Bylaws up for Review and Approval

The COCSD bylaws are up for review. Over the years many issues have arisen regarding what is and is not required in our bylaws. A Bylaw Review committee was established by the board and is now ready to present a revised version of the bylaws to the general membership for approval. In order to make the changes available for review, we are posting copies of the current bylaws, the proposed bylaws and policies and procedures, for review by the membership.
